My home has no gas lines so I was forced to buy an electric range. I had heard that they were not as advantageous as normal ovens but boy were they wrong. It comes with a range top warming zone, which is so practical in warming up food. It also includes a convection oven, which is wonderful because it does not make my kitchen so hot like a normal oven. This stove saves power because when it is not in use it goes into sleep mode, so it actually lowered my electric bill. The range is so elegant looking; it does not feel out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works precisely like a grill and we actually threw out our grill as we had no use for it anymore. The broiler made food exactly like our two thousand dollar grill.

Some advantages to electric ranges in most cases are that water really boils faster than with a gas stove. Also, the range distributes heat so well that you do not have to shuffle your food around the oven to brown both sides evenly. It makes cooking so easy, even my hubby can't spoil our dinner with this stove. Lastly, sauces are also simmered more steadily because the electricity is evenly distributed.

The oven down below is very roomy and holds about 6 cubic feet so it can accommodate a large quantity of food just like any normal oven. Another key quality is that I can preset different meals and temperatures so that I just hit the button and it does that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to clean up. It used to take too long to clean up my old stove, the grates were so tough to clean, but this doesn't have grates, so you can just wipe the counter top of the range.

So just to summarize, this is the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at $2,600 dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so simple to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric ranges out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
